Founder
Ron Kiefel comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Before founding Robot Fusion Labs, he spent over 20 years as a professional cyclist, competing internationally and earning an Olympic medal. That experience shaped his ability to perform under pressure, think strategically, and execute with discipline in complex, real-world environments.
After his racing career, Ron built and led businesses with a strong focus on operations, logistics, and customer service. With an engineering background from the Colorado School of Mines, he has a lifelong passion for building systems that work reliably outside of theory — where constraints, people, and safety matter.
Today, Ron’s work with Robot Fusion Labs reflects a belief that humanoid robots must be introduced thoughtfully and responsibly. His focus is on integrating emerging technology into everyday environments in a way that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely useful — always guided by a “build it the right way, not just the fast way” mindset.
